United Kingdom: electricity prices and battery value
Day-ahead prices for United Kingdom, how much a battery could trade each day, and how the market compares with its neighbours.
Great Britain left the European market coupling in 2021, so its day-ahead prices are set in separate auctions. NordShifts uses Elexon's half-hourly Market Index price, converted to euros at the ECB rate of the day, and the system (imbalance) price. Northern Ireland is part of the all-island Irish market, shown on the Ireland page.

The same plan for any size comes from the data API, and a webhook announces each new day as soon as the auction is published:
GET /api/v1/battery-schedule?zone=GB&capacity_mwh=2&power_mw=1&resolution=60 X-API-Key: <your key> webhook event: battery_schedule.published
