One linear programme over the forecast horizon with the fleet aggregated: heat pumps must cover hourly heat demand using the buildings' thermal mass as a store, each evening's charging must deliver the energy needed before departure, batteries lose energy on charging. Reserve capacity is valued at the last two weeks' average aFRR price for that hour; selling it needs the fleet to be prequalified with the TSO.
